Heavy duty flight case with viewing windows. The product to be transported is extremely fragile and is suspended in a mobile cart in special 'wire rope' vibration dampers. This cart is fixed in the flight case.
Material
Heavy duty version made of 10 mm birch plywood with HPL top layer. Butterfly locks, pallet bars, finished with heavy anodised aluminium corner and locking profiles and metal bumper corners. Polycarbonate viewing windows in an aluminium frame. The interior is designed so that the cart can be moved into the case on two ramps and fixed by positioning both lids.
